titleOfInvention A method of preparing lindera obtusiloba volatile oil and applications of the volatile oil
abstract The invention relates to a method of preparing lindera obtusiloba volatile oil and applications of the volatile oil. Extraction of the volatile oil includes adding lindera obtusiloba leaves into an extraction kettle, setting the extraction pressure to be 25-35 MPa, extraction temperature to be 40-50 DEG C, the pressure of a separation kettle to be 10-15 MPa, the temperature to be 20-30 DEG C and the CO2 flux to be 25-35 L/h, extracting for 2-3 h, and discharging volatile oil from a discharging port of a separation kettle, then the lindera obtusiloba volatile oil is prepared. The method has advantages of environment protection, no pollution, good product quality, and the like. Pharmacodynamic evaluation proves that the volatile oil has obvious effects for diminishing inflammation and eliminating phlegm and has a wide application prospect.
