abstract |
A method of preparing Chinese redbud essence oil and applications of the essence oil are disclosed. The method includes (1) drying Chinese redbud bark in the shade, crushing and sieving with a sieve having a size of 20 meshes, (2) performing microwave-ultrasonic extraction and (3) extracting with an organic solvent. The method is simple in process operation, high in yield, low in production and good in product quality. Pharmacological experiments prove that the essence oil has obvious antibacterial activity and can be used in the fields of daily chemicals, medicines, and the like. |
