abstract | The invention relates to a method of extracting Eucalyptus grandis * E. urophylla hybrid volatile oil. The method includes drying Eucalyptus grandis * E. urophylla hybrid leaves in the shade, crushing, sieving with a sieve having a size of 20 meshes, adding an acetic acid/sodium acetate buffer solution into which a bio-enzyme is dissolved and the mass of which is 0.5-1 time of the mass of the sieved raw material into the sieved raw material, putting into a fermenting barrel, fermenting at 40-50 DGE C for 3-4 days, adding the fermented raw material into an ultrasonic device, adding an ethanol solution the concentration of which is 60-70% with the solid liquid ratio being 1:4-6, extracting at 60-70 DGE C for 2-3 h, performing solid liquid separation to obtain an extract liquid, concentrating the extract liquid under vacuum to obtain a concentrate liquid, extracting the concentrate liquid with an organic solvent for 2-3 times, combining extract liquids, drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrating under vacuum to obtain the volatile oil. The method is simple in process and mild in reaction conditions. The prepared volatile oil product is good in quality. |
