abstract | The invention discloses a method of purifying to prepare high-purity xylobiose. The method includes following steps: (1), performing ultrafiltration on xylan enzymatic hydrolysate, and collecting filtrate; (2), enabling the filtrate to flow through an ion exchange resin column to obtain purified liquid of the xylan enzymatic hydrolysate; (3), subjecting the purified liquid to gel filtration chromatography to obtain xylobiose. By utilizing the xylan enzymatic hydrolysate prepared from bagasse subjected to separation, purification and alkali treatment, high-purity xylobiose can be prepared while xylotriose and xylose are co-generated, purities of xylobiose, xylotriose and xylose are 95.74+/-1.43%, 85.11+/-2.27% and 86.61+/-3.57%, and loss of xylobiose is lowest, being 6.38%. The method is simple, convenient, flexible, practical, quick, low in cost and conducive to popularization in development and application. |
