abstract | The invention discloses a polyaniline-based composite desulphurization and denitration absorbent and a preparation method thereof. A matrix absorbent is polyaniline, and a one-dimensional nanometer fibrous material adhered by a matrix accounts for 10 to 50% of the weight of the composite absorbent. The nanometer fibrous material adhered by polyaniline can be used as a skeleton; polyaniline effectively coats the surface of the nanometer fibrous material, so mutual contact among polyaniline particles is effectively reduced and the specific surface areas of the polyaniline particles are increased; and thus, the absorption capability of the polyaniline-based composite absorbent can be greatly improved, and removal efficiency of the polyaniline-based composite absorbent is greatly enhanced. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportioning polyaniline and the one-dimensional nanometer fibrous material in a certain ratio, dissolving polyaniline and the one-dimensional nanometer fibrous material in an acidic solution, carrying out centrifugation after adequate mixing in an ice bath and drying a precipitate at a lower part in a baking oven so as to prepare the polyaniline-based composite desulphurization and denitration absorbent. The whole preparation process only adopts simple physical mixing and drying; and the preparation method is simple and low in cost. |
