abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for PLGA-HA-PVA scaffold modified HA-PVA artificial cartilage material. The method is to inject HA-PVA primary emulsion into artificial cartilage mold I, freeze and thaw to form pre-cross-linked HA-PVA hydrogel; placing the pre-crosslinked HA-PVA hydrogel in the center of the artificial cartilage mold II whose size is larger than that of the artificial cartilage mold I; injecting the hot PLGA-HA-PVA primary emulsion into the artificial cartilage mold II , to freeze and thaw to obtain a new gradient PLGA-HA-PVA scaffold modified HA-PVA artificial cartilage material with good biocompatibility and similar biomechanical properties to cartilage. |
