The method comprises the following steps that 1, seeds of herba houttuyniae are washed to be clean, dried and put into a mixed liquor of 60-100 ppm of streptomycin and 70-90 ppm of chloramphenicol to be soaked for 20 min to 40 min, and the treated seeds are washed to be clean with distilled water and then placed in the low temperature environment of 0 DEG C-5 DEG C for 1 d to 2 y; 2, the seeds subjected to low temperature treatment are put on a glass dish uniformly, a layer of nutrient solution with the thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 3 mm is arranged on the glass dish, the environment temperature is controlled to range from 20 DEG C to 25 DEG C, and emergence of fibrous roots is expedited; 3, when the fibrous roots grow to 1 cm to 3 cm, 2 mm of apexes of the fibrous roots are cut off, the fibrous roots are transplanted into a planting tank which is filled with culture media, and 2-5 Kg of humic acid is added into each cubic meter of culture media to be fully mixed to be uniform. According to the planting method of medicinal herba houttuyniae, the fertilizing amount and various cultivating parameters are strictly controlled in the planting process, mother plants of herba houttuyniae can obtain the optimal growth condition, the survival rate of plants is high, the yield of herba houttuyniae is high, the planting cost is low, the seeds are subjected to special treatment, cultivation is conducted in specific cultivation soil, and produced herba houttuyniae is higher in medicinal value. |
