titleOfInvention | Electrode suspension liquid and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a lithium ion flow cell electrode suspension liquid and a preparation method thereof. The electrode suspension liquid comprises an electrode active material, an electrolyte, an electric conduction agent, and a vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, wherein the electrolyte comprises a grinding aid, a solvent and a lithium salt. The method comprises: mixing an electrode active material and an electric conduction agent by using a grinding aid having high boiling point and high flash point to obtain a suspending slurry having uniform and coincident components, adding a solvent and a lithium salt to the suspending slurry, and adding a proper amount of an additive vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer according to the actual use requirement so as to effectively avoid the agglomeration of the solid particles in the electrode suspension liquid, slow down the particle sedimentation rate, and improve the quality stability of the electrode suspension liquid. According to the present invention, the electrode suspension liquid prepared by the method has advantages of uniform active material particle dispersing and stable quality, and can avoid the safety problem and the quality stability problem possibly caused by the direct application of the electrolyte to prepare the electrode suspension liquid. |
