abstract | The invention provides an estimation method for the coefficient of friction force generated when a seabed works on a drag head in a drag suction process of a drag suction dredger and a method for performing data processing on the coefficient of the friction force. The method comprises the steps of establishing a drag suction pipe system stress analysis mathematic model through three-dimensional state space, and deriving an estimation model for the coefficient of friction force generated when a seabed works on a drag head; performing data processing on the coefficient of the friction force applied to the drag head by the seabed by using the ISODATA algorithm. The method can favorably predict the influence of the surface features of seabeds on drag heads in a dredging operation process of a drag suction dredger and has a certain reference value for prolonging the service life of drag heads, increasing the dredging efficiency of dredgers and reducing the energy consumption of dredgers. |
