titleOfInvention | Cement firing device and denitrification method for cement kiln exhaust |
abstract | Regardless of the type of calciner, it is possible to efficiently reduce the NOx concentration in the cement kiln exhaust while maintaining a good firing state. A cement burning device (1) includes a burner (14) that blows fuel (F3) and combustion air into an inlet port (4) of a cement kiln (5) to burn the fuel. While the NOx in the exhaust gas of the cement kiln can be reduced in the low-oxygen region in the inlet end, the fuel can be burned, and the decarbonization efficiency of the cement raw material can also be improved. The combustor may include rotating blades (rotating means) (14b) that rotate the mixed flow of fuel and combustion air. The amount of fuel supplied to the inlet of the cement kiln is preferably 20% to less than 50% of the amount of fuel supplied to the calciner (3) installed in the cement kiln. The fuel may contain at least one of finely powdered charcoal, heavy oil, and combustible waste. |
