abstract | The invention provides a low moisture-penetrability hard film, a polarizer and an image display apparatus. The low moisture-penetrability hard film is high in hardness, low in moisture penetrability and is not liable to whiten under a wet and hot environment. The film includes a cellulose ester base material and a low moisture-penetrability hard coating, wehrein the low moisture-penetrability hard coating is composed of the compositions (A), (B) and (C). The content ratio of hte (A), (B) and (C) are located in the range of (80,10,10), (10,10,80), (10,50,40) and (40,50,10) in a three-component status figure; (A) a compound having more than three ethylene-bond unsaturated double-bond groups; (B) a compound being lower than 270 in molecular weight, having more than two epoxy groups, wherein at least one epoxy group is a lipid ring epoxy group; and (C) a compound being lower than 300 in molecular weight and having one lipid ring epoxy group and one ethylene-bond unsaturated double-bond group. |
