titleOfInvention | Tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide modified film paint and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide modified film paint. The tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide modified film paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2-0.4 part of ceric dioxide, 0.1-0.3 part of salatrim, 0.8-1 part of N,N-diisopropylethanolamine, 4-5 parts of ammonium bicarbonate, 1-1.5 parts of vanadyl sulfate hydrate, 6-7 parts of sodium tungstate dihydrate, 20-30 parts of silane coupling agent KH570, 5-7 parts of methyl triethoxysilane, 60-70 parts of 2-3 percent aqueous solution of ammonia, 0.3-0.4 part of aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1-2 parts of polystyrene sulfonic acid, 0.1-0.2 part of lithium naphthenate, 1-2 parts of beeswax, 0.2-0.5 part of baking soda and 0.2-0.3 part of diaminodiphenyl ether. The silane coupling agent KH570 is used for modifying treatment, and molecules of the silane coupling agent KH570 are grafted to tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide powder particles, so that the hydrophobic property of modified particles is effectively improved, and the surface strength of a film is further enhanced. |
