The invention discloses a high-insulating-property silicon core tube which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 190-200 parts of n-decyl hydrocarbon, 65-75 parts of straight-chain undecene, 190-200 parts of hydrogen-containing silicon oil, 15-20 parts of hydroxystearic acid, 4-6 parts of lithium hydroxide, 45-55 parts of PE (polyethylene) carrier resin, 5-7 parts of color master batch, 60-70 parts of high-density polyethylene, 0.6-1 part of perfluoropolyether, 2.3-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 2.8-3.5 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder, 0.4-0.5 part of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2.4-3 parts of plant starch, 1-1.4 parts of palm wax and a right amount of deionized water. The high-insulating-property silicon core tube has the advantages of wide application range, excellent dielectric property, excellent insulativity, excellent heat stability, excellent shock resistance and excellent lubricating property, can protect the communication optical cables and cable facilities more comprehensively, and thus, is worthy of popularization. |
