abstract The present invention provides a resin composition comprising a cellulose derivative, wherein the saturated water absorption of the resin composition is 7% or more. From the resin composition of the present invention, a resin molded article having a high modulus of elasticity can be obtained as compared with a resin composition comprising a cellulose derivative and having a saturated water absorption of less than 7%. The present invention also relates to a resin molded article comprising the resin composition.
