abstract | The invention discloses an oil well cement fluid loss agent and a preparing method thereof. The oil well cement fluid loss agent is prepared from, by weight, 4-4.5 parts of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 1-2 parts of N-vinyl pyrrolidone, 4-5 parts of N,N-dimethylacrylamide, 80 parts of water and 0.2 part of an initiator. The preparing method comprises the steps that firstly, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, N,N-dimethylacrylamide and water are mixed, the solution is poured into a reactor, the reactor is sealed and put into a constant-temperature water bath pot, stirring is carried out, preheating is carried out to reach 30-40 DEG C, and N-vinyl pyrrolidone is added into the solution; then, nitrogen is introduced into the reactor; finally, the initiator is added, the temperature of the water bath pot is increased to 80 DEG C and maintained, a continuous reaction is carried out for 4-8 h at the temperature, and the oil well cement fluid loss agent is obtained. According to the oil well cement fluid loss agent and the preparing method thereof, monomers are reasonably selected, are in a proper proportion and can react with one another to reach the optimal fluid loss reducing effects of salt resistance and high temperature resistance. |
