Based on the pyridopyrazine unit with electron-withdrawing effect, the invention prepares a bipolar compound containing the pyridopyrazine unit by connecting different donor units through different modification sites. The compound has good stability and good solubility in an organic phase, and when used as a thermally induced delayed fluorescent material in a light-emitting layer of an electroluminescent device, compared with a common fluorescent material, a dramatic improvement is obtained. The synthesis raw material of the invention is cheap and easy to obtain, the synthesis route is simple and efficient, and is suitable for large-scale practical production and application. |
