titleOfInvention The method that 5 hydroxymethylfurfurals catalysis transfer hydrogenation prepares 2,5 dihydroxymethyl furans
abstract The invention discloses a kind of 5 hydroxymethylfurfurals catalysis transfer hydrogenation to prepare 2, the method of 5 dihydroxymethyl furans, this method is using magnetic zirconium hydroxide as catalyst, using low-carbon alcohols as reaction dissolvent and hydrogen donor, passes through Meerwein Ponndorf Verley in autoclave(MPV)5 hydroxymethylfurfurals are selectively converted to 2,5 dihydroxymethyl furans by transfer hydrogenation, and highest yield is up to 91.5%.The catalyst that the present invention uses not only low in raw material price, manufacturing process is simple, and catalytic performance is excellent, and has stronger magnetic, is easily isolated and recycled and reuses. In addition, the low-carbon alcohols that the present invention uses act not only as hydrogen donor in situ, the use of hydrogen is avoided, further increase the security of course of reaction, and be also used as reaction dissolvent, reduce the introducing of allogenic material, production cost is further reduced, there is stronger application value and industrial prospect.
