The spirulina is used; the ultra-fine brown sugar slag, bagasse, pumpkin residua and sesame cake are used; the fruit tree transplanting substrate is prepared through enzymolysis, fermentation and nanometer reinforcement; the vitality of the root system of the transplanted fruit trees can be promoted; the root system soil environment of the transplanted fruit trees can be improved; meanwhile, the used matrine can achieve the effect of improving the root system resistance of the fruit trees; the effect of improving the survival rate of the soft-seeded pomegranate young seedlings can be comprehensively achieved.
