titleOfInvention | Fast sintering method for ceramic balls |
abstract | The invention provides a fast sintering method for ceramic balls. The method mainly includes the steps of: (1) ingredients mixing: weighing ceramic powder and sintering aid powder according to certain proportion, then mixing the materials in a ball milling cylinder for a period of time, and carrying out spray drying and granulation to obtain a mixture; (2) pressing: subjecting the mixture to compression molding on an automatic molding press; and (3) spark plasma sintering: loading a molded pressed compact into a graphite mould, and carrying out sintering in a plasma sintering furnace so as to obtain ceramic balls. The preparation method provided by the invention adopts the spark plasma sintering technique to prepare ceramic balls, the temperature rising rate is fast, the sintering time is short, the sintering temperature is low, and the energy consumption is little, and fast sintering of ceramic balls can be realized. |
