titleOfInvention Formula of traditional Chinese medicine for treating common cold caused by wind-cold
abstract The invention discloses a formula of a traditional Chinese medicine for treating common cold caused by wind-cold. Each dose of the traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from the following medicinal materials by mass: 10-15g of Angelica sinensis, 10-12g of radix paeoniae rubra, 10-12g of ligusticum wallichii, 10-15g of poria cocos, 5-8g of ephedra, 15-20g of astragalus membranaceus, 10-12g of rhizoma atractylodis, 6-10g of fructus aurantii immaturus, 8-12g of cortex magnoliae officinalis, 8-12g of pericarpium citri reticulatae, 10-14g of cassia twigs and 2-5g of honey-fried licorice roots. The method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine comprises the following steps: putting Angelica sinensis, radix paeoniae rubra, ligusticum wallichii, poria cocos, astragalus membranaceus, rhizoma atractylodis, fructus aurantii immaturus, cortex magnoliae officinalis, pericarpium citri reticulatae, cassia twigs and honey-fried licorice roots into a decocting pot, adding 1500g of clear water, soaking for 20 minutes, heating with strong fire and decocting with slow fire for 20 minutes; then adding ephedra, immediately stopping heating, standing for 5-10 minutes, and filtering to obtain decoction. The traditional Chinese medicine prepared from reasonably combined medicinal materials, has the effects of clearing heat, removing toxicity, relieving exterior syndrome and dispelling cold. Three days form a course of treatment, and the effective rate of one course is 93 percent.
