Oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic |
abstract |
The invention provides an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic which has excellent stability over time and high ultraviolet protection effect. The oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic is characterized by containing the following components (A) to (D) and satisfying the following conditions (i) and (ii). [ component ] (A) a specific solid organic ultraviolet absorber; (B) a liquid oil having a content of 8 to 20 mass%; (C) a polyacrylamide compound; (D) hydrophobicizing a particulate metal oxide powder. [ Condition ] (i) the total content ((A) + (D)) of the components (A) and (D) is 10% by mass or more based on the total amount of the cosmetic; (ii) the content mass ratio of the total amount of the components (A) and (D) ((A) + (D)) to the total amount of the liquid oil is 0.6 to 2. |
