titleOfInvention Fertilization method of female rabbits
abstract The invention relates to a fertilization method of female rabbits. The method comprises specific steps as follows: during insemination, a sterilized insemination device sucks high-quality semen, an assistant keeps the female rabbits to be in natural standing or prone postures, an operator lifts tails by the left hand and slowly inserts the insemination device in the position 6-7 cm deep in vaginas in the direction close to backs by the right hand, the semen is slowly injected, and 0.2-0.8 ml of the semen is injected into each rabbit. According to the fertilization method of the female rabbits, skilled operation techniques and necessary equipment are required, and main devices and medicines include a semen collector, a semen collection bottle and the insemination device. According to the fertilization method, artificial insemination is adopted, the semen of male rabbits is collected artificially, is subjected to quality inspection and dilution and then is injected into genital tracts of the female rabbits, so that the female rabbits become pregnant; the method has the advantages that the high-quality breeding male rabbits can be fully utilized, the rabbit quality can be improved, the fine breed is popularized rapidly, the breeding quantity of the breeding male rabbits can be reduced, and the breeding cost can be reduced; disease propagation is reduced; certain reproductive disturbance is overcome, and intensive production and management are facilitated.
