The apple vinegar-flavored radix angelica sinensis and dried orange peel chewable tablets are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of radix angelica sinensis, 20-25 parts of dried orange peel, 12-14 parts of pumpkins, 5-6 parts of white gourds, 8-10 parts of yam flour, 7-10 parts of lotus root starch, 7-9 parts of konjaku flour, 3-4 parts of barley malt powder, 20-30 parts of apple vinegar, 6-8 parts of water chestnut powder, 8-10 parts of mannitol, 6-8 parts of magnesium stearate, 50-60 parts of chitosan and an appropriate quantity of a sodium alginate solution. The radix angelica sinensis and the dried orange peel are combined to make the chewable tablets, so that the chewable tablets have a good effect of replenishing blood, crowds suffering from anemia can eat the chewable tablets conveniently when anemia symptoms occur, and damage caused by the anemia is reduced; the radix angelica sinensis and the dried orange peel are fermented to make ferments, so that drug effects can be strengthened, and rapid absorption is facilitated.
