The invention provides a disease-preventing chicken feed and a preparation method thereof. The chicken feed is prepared by mixing an energy feed, Chinese herbal medicine additives and a sweetening agent according to certain weight proportions to be uniform and then conducting granulation; the energy feed is prepared by crushing and sieving corn flour and wheat bran powder according to certain weight proportions; the Chinese herbal medicine additives are prepared from radix bupleuri, honeysuckle flowers, fructus forsythiae, garlic, herba taraxaci, rhizoma imperatae, rhizoma belamcandae, indigo naturalis, dahurian patrinia herb and fructus gardeniae by weight through cleansing selection, ultrasonic extraction, concentration, atomization drying and air flow crushing; the sweetening agent is prepared from a fructus momordicae extracting solution and a kiwifruit extracting solution according to certain weight proportions.
