titleOfInvention | Compound cesium-lithium heptaborate nonlinear optical crystal, preparation method therefor and use of compound cesium-lithium heptaborate nonlinear optical crystal |
abstract | The invention relates to a compound cesium-lithium heptaborate nonlinear optical crystal, a preparation method therefor and use of the compound cesium-lithium heptaborate nonlinear optical crystal. The crystal has a chemical formula of Li5Cs2B7O14, has the molecular weight of 600.17, belongs to an orthorhombic crystal system, has the space group of Ama2 and has the cell parameters that a is equal to 21.2775(17) angstroms, b is equal to 13.6296(11) angstroms, c is equal to 4.4283(4) angstroms, Z is equal to 4, and V is equal to 1284.22(19) angstroms<3>. The crystal is grown by adopting a high-temperature solution method. The cesium-lithium heptaborate nonlinear optical crystal is high in mechanical hardness and is easy to cut, polish and preserve. The compound cesium-lithium heptaborate nonlinear optical crystal disclosed by the invention is extensively applied to the production of nonlinear optical devices such as frequency doubling generators, up frequency converters, down frequency converter and optical parametric oscillators. |
