titleOfInvention | Electrolyte solution composition for deflashing and method for removing defrosting |
abstract | The present invention provides a method that does not cause damage to the resin molded part other than the flash when removing the flash generated on the surface of the conductive part of the molded product by energization, and can be effective within a very short energization time of, for example, 1 second. Electrolytic solution composition for defrosting which removes flash, and method for removing flash using the electrolytic solution composition for defrosting. The descaling electrolyte composition is used to energize a molded product, and to remove all the impurities that occur on the obtained molded product when the conductive member formed of a thin metal plate is integrally molded with an insulating resin. The flash formed by the insulating resin on the surface of the conductive member, which contains tetraethylammonium hydroxide and water; and, relative to 100% by weight of the total amount of the electrolyte composition for flash removal , the blending ratio of the tetraethylammonium hydroxide is a value within the range of 0.2 to 14% by weight, and the blending ratio of the water is a value within the range of 30 to 99.8% by weight. |
