titleOfInvention | Stable eco-friendly fluorescent pigment and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a stable eco-friendly fluorescent pigment and a preparation method thereof. The stable eco-friendly fluorescent pigment is prepared from 70-80 parts by weight of core-shell structure fluorescent powder, 10-15 parts by weight of xenotime, 16-18 parts by weight of a diazonium coupler liquid, 6-8 parts by weight of a macromolecular unsaturated polycarboxylic acid and 15-20 parts by weight of a propylene glycol ether solvent. The core-shell structure fluorescent powder is environmentally friendly, can be simply operated and easily controlled and has a low reaction temperature. The product has a core-shell structure, uniform morphology, good stability, uniform particle size distribution and good luminescence, can be used in a pigment product and can enrich pigment colors. The pigment has good chemical stability, high luminescence efficiency and high color purity. Through compounding of the diazonium coupler liquid, macromolecular unsaturated polycarboxylic acid and propylene glycol ether solvent, water solubility is good. The pigment is environmentally friendly aqueous ink, has low toxicity, no pollution and good flocculability and has good stability in an aqueous medium. |
