The invention relates to an aluminum conductor with an icing-preventing coating. The icing-preventing coating is formed on the surface of the aluminum conductor by coating the surface of an aluminum alloy wire with a treatment fluid and carrying out curing at 60 to 80 DEG C for 45 to 50 min. The treatment fluid is composed of 5.0 to 5.5 wt% of methacrylate, 3.5 to 5.0 wt% of glycidyl methacrylate, 1.2 to 1.5 wt% of alkylphenol ether sulfosuccinate, 2.0 to 2.2 wt% of acrylamide, 0.8 to 1.0 wt% of modified nanometer SiO2 monomer and 1.0 to 1.2 wt% of aluminum hydroxide, with the balance being a solvent. The aluminum conductor provided by the invention can inhibit formation of an icing coating under different weather conditions like rain, dew, frost and snow, and has good flashover resistance. |
