titleOfInvention Extraction method and application of radix glehniae polysaccharide
abstract The invention provides an extraction method of radix glehniae polysaccharide. The extraction method includes the steps of radix glehniae smashing, hot water extraction, suction filtration, vacuum concentration, ethanol precipitation, drying and polysaccharide forming. Influence factors in the water extraction process of polysaccharide include extraction time, extraction temperature, the number of extraction times and material-water ratio in sequence. According to the optimal combination, the extraction time is 4 h, the extraction temperature is 90 DEG C, the number of extraction times is 3, and the material-water ratio is 1:30. After the volume of filter liquor becomes one fifth to one tenth the original volume through vacuum concentration, ethanol is added with the concentration of ethanol in the solution being 80%, standing is carried out for 8-10 h, centrifugation is carried out, and precipitate is taken with supernatant liquid discarded. The invention further discloses application of radix glehniae polysaccharide in preparing anti-oxidation drugs.
