abstract The invention provides an isolated LGR4 protein fragment shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the protein has a protein sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The invention also provides the use of the protein fragment in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of osteoclast-induced bone disease, wherein the protein fragment inhibits osteoclast differentiation in vivo. Further, the invention also provides application of the protein fragment in researching in vitro or in vivo osteoclast differentiation inhibition.
