titleOfInvention Endoscope treatment system and treatment tool for endoscope
abstract The endoscope processing system includes: an endoscope device having a tubular member capable of bending operation and a bending operation portion for bending the tubular member; and an endoscopic treatment tool to be inserted into a treatment tool channel of the endoscopic apparatus, the endoscopic treatment tool including: an insertion portion that can be inserted into a body; and an operation portion disposed at a proximal end of the insertion portion, the insertion portion including: a sheath having an outer diameter insertable into the treatment instrument channel; and a wire cutter disposed at a distal end portion of the sheath for cutting a living tissue, wherein a lumen having an inner diameter through which a guide wire can be inserted is formed in the sheath, the sheath has an outlet portion that opens at a distal end portion of the sheath and communicates with the lumen, and an inlet portion that opens on an outer peripheral surface of a proximal end portion of the sheath, and the operation portion includes: a port communicating with the inlet portion and formed with a through hole through which the guide wire can pass; and a locking portion that can be locked to the endoscope apparatus so that an opening direction of the through hole of the port faces the bending operation portion side in a state where the insertion portion is inserted into the treatment instrument channel.
