titleOfInvention | Method for preparing (S) -styrene oxide by enzyme method |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing (S) -styrene oxide by an enzymatic method, belonging to the technical field of biological catalysis. The invention relates to a method for preparing (S) -styrene oxide by using epoxide hydrolase from aspergillus usamii to catalyze the hydrolysis kinetic resolution of racemic styrene oxide in a two-phase system of hexanol/buffer solution; compared with a single-phase reaction system, the concentration of kinetic resolution rac-SO is increased from 24g/L to 120 g/L; the space-time yield is increased from 3.1g/L/h to 20.3 g/L/h; the ee value of (S) -SO prepared by kinetic resolution of 120g/Lrac-SO is improved from 36.8 percent to 98.3 percent, and gram-grade preparation of (S) -SO is realized. The method has the advantages of simple process, high enantiomeric purity and yield of the product, high catalytic efficiency, environmental friendliness and great industrial application prospect. |
