titleOfInvention Expellent dried yeast prepared from sorghum straw and preparing method thereof
abstract The invention discloses expellent dried yeast prepared from sorghum straw. The expellent dried yeast is prepared from, by weight, 80-90 parts of the sorghum straw, 6-7 parts of sunflower rod, 4-5 parts of oyster shell, 9-10 parts of banana juice, 3-4 parts of soy peptone, an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid solution of 1 mol/L, 0.5-0.6 part of saccharomycetes seed solution, 6-7 parts of scales, 1-1.5 parts of lignin, 20-21 parts of sodium hydroxide solution of 10%, 6-7 parts of yolk, 0.2-0.3 part of trehalose, 1-1.5 parts of yam flour, 0.9-1 part of lotus leaf flour and 0.5-0.7 part of pearl powder. The sorghum straw is adopted as a raw material to produce expellent dried yeast, the yeast activity is kept well in the culture process, the budding rate is high, the death rate is low, and the dried yeast is expellent.
