abstract | A weatherable modified asphalt for buildings is made from the following materials according to parts by weight: 6-10 parts of dimethyl sulfate, 30-45 parts of asphalt, 10-15 parts of 1-hexene, 8-16 parts of waste rubber powder, 3-4 parts of a smoke inhibitor, 5-9 parts of melamine, 12-18 parts of epoxy resin, 4-7 parts of silicon dioxide, 5-8 parts of aluminum stearate, 3-4 parts of methylbenzene, 6-9 parts of an activator, 1.5-4 parts of decabromodiphenyl ether, 1.2-2.3 parts of lignin acetate, 3-5 parts of a curing agent, 1.2-2.4 parts of an aid, 8-13 parts of a metal hydroxide, and 6-12 parts of bentonite. The invention has the advantage that the weatherable modified asphalt for buildings has excellent aging resistance and water resistance, rarely ages, is excellent in weatherability, good in corrosion resistance and long in service life. |
