titleOfInvention Preparation method of high-resilience deodorant basketball shoe sole material
abstract The invention provides a preparation method of a high-resilience deodorant basketball shoe sole material. The sole material comprises a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of (2-4):1, wherein the component A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of EVA containing 25% of VA, 15-25 parts of EVA containing 40% of VA, 10-20 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 10-20 parts of thermoplastic rubber SEBS, 1-3 parts of KH560 and 1-3 parts of triethylene diamine; and the component B is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of nano silver particles, 10-20 parts of nano zinc oxide, 0.5-1.5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 0.5-5 parts of carboxylated polybutadiene, 1-3 parts of coupling agent, 20-35 parts of plasticizer, 2-5 parts of reinforcing agent and 3-5 parts of stearic acid. The sole material has the advantages of simple preparation technology, low cost, good air permeability and high elasticity and is applicable to the soles of basketball shoes.
