abstract | The invention discloses a weather-proof rubber, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50 to 60 parts of epoxidized natural rubber, 3 to 5 parts of nano-zinc oxide, 5 to 7 parts of carbon black, 5 to 9 parts of sulphur, 6 to 8 parts of zinc carbonate, 4 to 8 parts of stearic acid, 10 to 12 parts of dipentene, 9 to 10 parts of pottery clay, 4 to 6 parts of cuprous chloride, 3 to 5 parts of polyalkyl-phenol disulphide, 4 to 7 parts of ethyl alcohol, 4 to 8 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 8 to 10 parts of polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride, 6 to 8 parts of isobutyltriethoxysilane, 6 to 7 parts of ethyl carbamate, and 2 to 4 parts of sodium pyrosulfite. The weather-proof rubber provided by the invention is good in weather-proofness and abrasion resistance, high in corrosion resistance, and good in oxidation resistance. |
