The dual recombinant protein comprises a vibrio vulnificus outer membrane protein OmpU outer membrane part and an Edwardsiella delavayi outer membrane protein OmpA outer membrane part which are connected together, and the amino acid sequences of the dual recombinant protein respectively comprise amino acid sequences shown in 238 th to 456 th positions and 467 th to 695 th positions of SEQ ID NO 01. According to the invention, the outer membrane protein OmpU outer membrane part of vibrio vulnificus and the outer membrane protein OmpA outer membrane part of Edwardsiella tarda are connected together through a genetic engineering means to construct a duplex recombinant protein, after the protein is used for immunizing eel, the protein can simultaneously defend infection of vibrio vulnificus and Edwardsiella tarda, and compared with a duplex inactivated vaccine, the duplex inactivated vaccine has higher relative immune protection effect and lower toxic and side effects. |
