titleOfInvention Novel meptazinol hydrochloride crystal form
abstract The invention relates to a novel meptazinol hydrochloride crystal form. According to the powder diffraction characteristic peak positions of the crystal form, characteristic absorption peaks exist on 9.3, 13.2, 14.6, 16.6, 17.9, 19.3, 20.6, 22.3, 24.3, 26.2, 27.2, 28.9, 30.2, 32.3, 33.2, 35.8, 36.8, 38.9, 40.1 and 43.1+/-0.2o 2theta. The relative intensities corresponding to the peaks are 6, 25, 6, 3, 4, 35, 5, 6, 12, 40, 45, 100, 90, 20, 18, 10, 11, 24, 15 and 5. It is measured through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) that the temperature of the absorbing peak ranges from 209.28 DEG C to 216.77 DEG C, and the peak value is 211.71 DEG C. The novel meptazinol hydrochloride crystal form has the advantages that meptazinol hydrochloride of a single crystal form is better in stability, and the storage advantage is obvious.
