abstract | The invention provides a PVC composite membrane and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the PVC composite membrane comprises a printing layer and a surface layer which fits on the printing layer. Water-based ink is printed on the printing layer. The preparation method of the PVC composite membrane comprises the step of hot-press compounding: heating the printing layer and the surface layer to Ta so as to carry out hot-press compounding, wherein Ta = 150-200 DEG C; and the preparation method also comprises the step of preliminary compounding before the step of hot-press compounding: heating the printing layer and the surface layer to Tb so as to carry out preliminary compounding, wherein Ta-Tb = 10-20 DEG C. By the method, the poor cohesive property of the PVC composite membrane due to properties of water-based ink is solved. The PVC composite membrane has good appearance as well as excellent peel strength. The PVC composite membrane has good industrial application prospect and potential. |
