abstract | The present invention relates to a kind of methods based on sinapine in germination vegetable seed enzyme process efficient degradation rapeseed meal.Include the following steps: that (1) vegetable seed germinates: the rapeseed with germination vigor is germinateed in climatic chamber, add water during germination as needed, vegetable seed is made to keep moisture state;(2) crude enzyme liquid extracts: terminating the germination of rape bud, is then crushed, is stirred and extracted with buffer solution of sodium phosphate, supernatant i.e. crude enzyme liquid is taken after centrifuge separation;(3) it digests: buffer solution of sodium phosphate being added in rapeseed meal, adds crude enzyme liquid, sufficiently oscillation carries out enzyme digestion reaction.Its degradation for being used for sinapine in rapeseed meal has the characteristics that degradation efficiency is high, specificity is strong, environmentally protective (whole process is not related to organic solvent), does not destroy rapeseed meal nutritional quality. |
