titleOfInvention | liquid crystal device |
abstract | The present invention provides a liquid crystal device, which has high transmittance and low driving voltage, and comprises: a first substrate having a first conductive layer, a second substrate having a second conductive layer, and a first alignment layer and a liquid crystal layer, wherein the first alignment layer has a liquid crystal alignment treatment agent and a silane containing methacryloxy, the first alignment layer is configured on the first conductive layer of the first substrate; the liquid crystal layer comprises a liquid crystal material and bifunctional resin, the liquid crystal layer is arranged on the alignment layer; and the second substrate with the second conductive layer is arranged on the liquid crystal layer. Because the reactive functional group of the silane with reactive functional groups in the first alignment layer forms a chemical bond with the bifunctional resin in the liquid crystal layer after photocuring, it can reduce the amount of the bifunctional resin added. The stable optical properties and high transmittance of the transparent state of the liquid crystal device are maintained under the conditions, and the effect of lower driving voltage is achieved at the same time. |
