abstract The invention discloses direct-injection slurry for digital printing of wool and cotton fabric. The slurry is prepared from 0.5%-3% of modified starch, 2%-5% of a cosolvent, 1%-2% of anhydrous sodium sulfate, 1.5%-2.5% of ammonium sulfate, 0.2%-1.4% of a thickening agent, 0.1%-0.5% of a rare-earth metal mordant, an acid pH value regulator and the balance of water, and the pH value of anti-bleeding slurry ranges from 4 to 5. The rare-earth metal mordant is added to the direct-injection slurry for digital printing of the wool and cotton fabric, rare earth has the complexing action with hydroxyl oxygen atoms, azo-based nitrogen atoms and sulfonic acid-based oxygen atoms in dye molecules, so that the molecular weight of dye is increased, the dyeing color is deepened, the intermolecular force between the dye and wool fiber non-polar parts is increased, the dye-uptake and the color fastness of wool fibers can be improved, and the aberration of the blended wool and cotton fabric can be reduced.
