abstract | The invention discloses a kind of preparation method of modified graphene/aqueous polyurethane composite nano-coating, step is:(1) graphene oxide is prepared with Hummers methods, then modified graphene nanometer powder is obtained by the reaction with hydrazine hydrate, condensing agent and 3 aminopropyltriethoxywerene werenes respectively;(2) aqueous polyurethane of 3 aminopropyltriethoxywerene werenes sealing end is obtained by the reaction in toluene di-isocyanate(TDI), polyoxypropylene glycol, diglycol and trimethylolpropane, dihydromethyl propionic acid and 3 aminopropyltriethoxywerene werenes;(3) product obtained in step (1) and step (2) is mixed, adjusts pH to 7.5~8.5, that is, modified graphene/aqueous polyurethane composite nano-coating is prepared.The composite nano-coating has high-effective conductive, higher heat decomposition temperature and good stability, and the coating preparation is simple, at low cost, easy for construction, can extensive use. |
