titleOfInvention | Method for treating town sewage |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for treating town sewage. The method comprises the steps that firstly, the sewage is drained into a waste water quality fluctuation adjusting tank to be adjusted, a coagulant is added, separated water is drained, the separated water and tap water are injected into the adjusting tank together to be mixed to be uniform, and homogeneous thick water is produced; quick lime or sodium carbonate or sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid is added, the mixture passes through a quartz sand filter, a micro filter and a nano filter in sequence, impurities in leachate are removed, and a preferential adsorption functional membrane is selected for further treatment in a membrane filtering mode; the surface of the membrane is flushed with tap water, non-affine adsorption impurities on the surface of the membrane are washed out, low-temperature steam is used for carrying out evaporative crystallization on purified filter water, and purified water and salt for recycling are discharged. According to the method, heavy metal ions, calcium, magnesium and other hard ions, silicone, COD and other pollutants existing before thick water reverse osmosis are removed, water and pollutants entering a crystallizing evaporator are reduced, meanwhile, the salt concentration in the water is improved, and the running stability of the crystallizing evaporator is improved. |
