The present invention relates to hippophae rhamnoides calcium compound solid drink and a preparation method thereof. The compound solid drink comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of hippophae rhamnoides fruit powder, 20-40 parts of a sweetener, 10-20 parts of collagen, 5-10 parts of calcium aspartate, 1-3 parts of magnesium phosphates, 0.3-0.5 part of ammonium ferric citrate and 0.1-0.2 part of an acidulant. The solid drink is prepared by the following steps: 40-60 parts of the hippophae rhamnoides fruit powder, 20-40 parts of the sweetener, 10-20 parts of the collagen, 5-10 parts of the calcium aspartate, 1-3 parts of the magnesium phosphates, 0.3-0.5 part of the ammonium ferric citrate, and 0.1-0.2 part of the acidulant are weighed, the weighed materials are mixed evenly, the mixture is canned, and the canned mixture is prepared into the object products. Compared with the prior art, the compound solid drink has the advantages of being good in calcium absorption, obvious in immunity enhancement, stable in product storages, etc. |
