The present invention relates to a chemically amplified photosensitive resin composition and an insulating film produced therefrom, the chemically amplified photosensitive resin composition comprising: an insulating film excellent in developability, improved in sensitivity, pattern transparency and gradient, and ensured in stability with time can be obtained by using (a-1) a resin in which at least a part of a phenolic hydroxyl group or a carboxyl group is protected with an acid-decomposable group, (a-2) an epoxy group-containing acrylic resin, (a-3) a binder resin of an oxetanyl group-containing acrylic resin, (B) a photoacid generator, and (C) a solvent.
