The invention relates to an auxiliary device of a diesel particulate filter (DPF), in particular to a method and device for achieving DPF accurate regeneration by monitoring carbon accumulation amount on the basis of a radio-frequency (RF) technology. The device comprises a controller, an RF generator and an RF receiver. The RF generator is used for obtaining an RF signal. The controller is connected with the RF generator and the RF receiver and used for real-time measurement of the carbon accumulation amount in a DPF filtering body on the basis of the corresponding relation of RF resonant frequency and the carbon accumulation amount. The controller is further connected with a regeneration device in the DPF. When the carbon accumulation amount reaches a regeneration starting threshold value, the controller starts the regeneration device to perform regeneration. By means of the device, accurate regeneration can be achieved when the carbon accumulation amount in the DPF reaches the regeneration limit value, decrease of the treatment effect of the DPF on tail gas due to too much accumulated carbon is prevented, and a leaking emission phenomenon is prevented. |
