titleOfInvention Method for preparing whole ginkgo powder through microwave drying
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing whole ginkgo powder by microwave drying, and relates to the technical field of food dry product processing. Particularly, the method of combining the microwave drying technology and the acid (or alkali) size mixing treatment is adopted, and the prepared ginkgo whole powder has the characteristic of low content of ginkgol and ginkgolic acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: screening, peeling and rinsing fresh ginkgo; crushing semen Ginkgo, and filtering; adding acid or alkali to regulate slurry and standing; microwave drying, crushing and the like. The ginkgo powder is prepared by combining a microwave drying technology and acid/alkali pulp mixing treatment, wherein the content of ginkgolic acid is reduced by 80.9-80.5% compared with that of the dried ginkgo powder at the temperature of 60 ℃, the content of ginkgol is reduced by 92.0-91.8% compared with that of the dried ginkgo powder at the temperature of 60 ℃, and meanwhile, the drying time is shortened, the production efficiency is increased, and the edible safety is improved.
