The composition provided by the invention can be used for controlling agrius convolvuli, and can be developed into a pesticide for controlling agrius convolvuli, the controlling effect depends on the weight ratio of benzotriazole and disodium sebacate, and when the weight ratio of benzotriazole to disodium sebacate is (5-7):1, the controlling effect is optimal. Moreover, the composition provided by the invention has the advantages of small spraying dosage and less residual.
