abstract | The invention discloses a hydrotalcite and polymer compound moisture-sensitive sensor and a preparing method thereof. A dual-drip method is utilized to prepare hydrotalcite of a polymer inserting layer, and a sizing agent coating method is utilized to evenly coat the prepared product on the surface of a device to obtain the hydrotalcite and polymer compound moisture-sensitive sensor. A polymer with a moisture-sensitive character is introduced between hydrotalcite layers, so that the defect that the polymer is unstable is overcome. An inserting layer hydrotalcite compound material can stabilize the polymer between layer plates through a layer plate structure of the hydrotalcite and can achieve moisture-sensitive test through a sensitive character of the polymer to moisture. The orderness of molecular arrangement in the layer plates of the hydrotalcite improves moisture-sensitive performance of the material, and a responding process is quickened. Compared with pure polymer, the moisture-sensitive character of the hydrotalcite and polymer compound moisture-sensitive sensor prepared through the preparing method is obviously improved, the stability, the range ability and the linearity are all improved to a great degree, and the service life of the material is prolonged. |
